• To restore your skills and assets. This could involve helping you learn a new trade, skill or enroll in a formal educational setting for further training. 
• We provide individual and career counseling and job assistance services to disabled clients.
• We begin with a comprehensive interview to determine your educational, social, medical and work history.
• We review your medical records.
• We administer a battery of aptitude, achievement, vocational interest tests which help us understand your capabilities and limitations.
• We help you learn to deal with the results of your injury and make important choices about what steps to take in career and job.
